Refund policy
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of a charge.
- Refund requests can be made within 30 days of the charge you are asking about.
- Send your request by email to help@afriverse-gh.com.
- Include the mobile number you subscribed with and the date of the charge.
- We confirm that we have received your request and reply with the outcome by email.
- Approved refunds are returned through your mobile operator, the same way the charge was taken.
- Any charge made after a confirmed cancellation is refunded in full.
- Cancelling stops future charges. To get money back for a past charge, send a refund request.
